BRUNI AGOSTINO & F. SNC bases its work on the trust and reliability that the customer places in it, carefully checking all products before they reach the final consumer, testing the germination of all vegetable seeds and endeavouring to meet the needs of its customers. We take care of the “lifecycle” that the seed takes, from packaging in different weights to sowing in the field.

The Bruni family’s long relationship with seeds was established in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, when, at the end of the nineteenth century, Antonio Bruni began selling as a street vendor. Soon his name became known among farmers and the sales activity moved, thanks to his son Agostino, from the Apennines to the Magenta market, inaugurating a business that has developed and continues to this day, laying the foundations of what would become the vocation and the distinctive trait of the family.

Around the 1940s, the Bruni family opened a seed shop in Corbetta, where the company’s headquarters are still located and where Anselmo and Ettore, sons of Agostino, took their first steps in the business.

Anselmo and Ettore further increased their presence in street markets. Times were changing for the better, and the first vans replaced bicycles and carts, accelerating a development that has continued for decades to the present day, making Sementi Bruni one of the best known companies on the Italian seed scene.

Now in its fourth generation, represented by Marco, Mariangela, Antonella and Paola, Sementi Bruni continues on its path, with an eye to the future without forgetting the past, in the wake of its tradition and respect for what nature has taught us.
